Many common issues are already covered in the Newsbin Troubleshooting FAQ . Look in your Logging tab ("Status" in versions prior to 5.50) for more clues about any problems you are having.

Common issues:

Name * Name is required.

Email * hotmail.com users must add newsbin.com under Options -> Mail -> Junk email -> Safe senders

An email address is required.

Topic * Please choose a topic.

Version * Please choose your version.

Operating System * Please select your OS

Awards

Astraweb recommended Newsbin Pro. Tried it and it was able to download complete files my other newsreader could only download partials of. Newsbin Pro also combined my rar files that I used to have to combine manually. Paid $30 for the other newsreader and it doesn't come with lifetime upgrades either.
